Nearly 100 young people from over 50 countries are gathering in the Czech capital to help shape the future of free knowledge sharing. From May 15 to 18, 2025, Prague will host the very first global Wikimedia Youth Conference — a unique event created by young people, for young people. The conference will bring together almost 90 participants aged 18 to 26 who are actively involved in online projects such as Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Wikimedia Commons, working to spread free knowledge within their communities.
