On Sunday, October 12, 2025, a regular General Assembly of the Wikimedia Czech Republic Association took place at the association’s office in Prague. During the assembly, members of the association approved the annual report of the Audit Committee, discussed proposed changes to organizational rules, and most importantly, elected a new board for the upcoming term.
Martin Urbanec was elected Chair of the Association, continuing his previous involvement as a member of the Board. The other elected members of the Board are Jan Myšák, Jan Loužek, and Jiří Dlouhý.
At its first meeting, the new Board appointed Jan Myšák as Vice Chair and assigned responsibilities for specific areas to individual board members.
