On Friday, January 16, 2026, the largest annual social event of the Czech wiki community, Evening of Free Culture, took place. In addition to the traditional discussion with partners, the opening of the Czech Wiki Photo exhibition, and performances by slam poets, this year’s event primarily celebrated 25 years of Wikipedia’s existence.
