On Wednesday, 10 June 2026, a total of 12 contributors to the Wikidata project, a free collaborative database of everything, met in Prague and online. The main goal of the meeting was to gather and exchange experiences within the community – what each person has succeeded in, and in what area they would like to improve.
Most of the attendees expressed interest in future meetings of this type. Beginners who are just starting out with Wikidata would appreciate a joint workshop focused on the basics of working with it. Advanced contributors would also like to share experiences regarding tools and procedures that can further optimise their work with Wikidata. There was also interest in lexemes and bulk data imports.
