In the framework of cooperation with the Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové, we managed to approach the University of Hradec Králové with the possibility of involving students in the cooperation. Wiki-resident Lukáš Nekolný, who has been working in Hradec Králové for more than a year, is currently leading a group of ten students from the Institute of History in the accredited course “Students write Wikipedia”. The final task of each student will be to write a Wikipedia article on the Hradec Králové region or its history.
Students will learn how to write an encyclopedic entry, visit the various departments of the Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové and have the opportunity to consult with the museum curators about both the choice of entry and the literature.
