The Vinohrady Theater has been a partner organization of Wikimedia Czech Republic in the GLAM program for three years now. Jiří Brožek, the theater’s Wiki-resident and head of its archives, has long been making the theater’s photo archive of performances accessible and has also offered the Wikipedia community the opportunity to take a tour of the theater. The theater will close in July, and starting in the fall, it will undergo extensive renovations expected to last 2–3 years. The photos from the tour, which took place on Monday, June 8, 2026, may therefore be among the last ones taken for Wikimedia Commons.
